Takeuchi MDF

Takeuchi MDF Sdn. Bhd. is the pioneer MDF producer in Malaysia and was the first to use the abundant supply of plantation rubberwood in 1989. Since 1996 it has become the wholly owned subsidiary of the Merbok Hilir Group.

Here are some facts:
November 1987 Approved Investment Plan and Pioneer Status by MIDA
December 1987 Established in Malaysia
November 1989 First plant (Bison Mende System) was completed and commenced.
October 1992 Approved Second Plant Investment Plan by MIDA
December 1993 Second Plant (Kuster Press) was completed and commenced.
