Back To Paneline Installed on Timber Strapping     Paneline Installed on Sticky Battens (For Walls Only )   1. PaneLine should not be installed with Sticky Battens on ceiling or rooms subject to high moisture. Suitable wall surfaces include Plasterboard, osb plywood or other wood panel sheeting. Sticky Battens should not be used to install PaneLine for walls with plastic, glass, stone, ceramic finishes or surfaces that are oily, greasy, oxidised or crumbly. 2. Must be applied at room temperature. Merbok Sticky Battens must be applied directly to the wall surface being covered provided it is a suitable smooth clean surface. 3. Cleaning Procedures: a) wipe both the wall and panels with a piece of clean cloth (slightly damp). b) let the wall and panels completely dry up before installing c) If surface of wall is oily or dusty, you may need to clean it more thoroughly using mild cleaning solution (e.g. mild soap) 4. 5. Apply the Merbok Sticky Battens approximately 2 1/2" (62mm) down or up from the respective top and bottom of the panel application area. Equally space the other sticky battens at maximum distance 18" O.C. in between the top bottom sticky battens. Fasten panels according to your layout.   Fasten Panels according to diagrams                     Ensure firm pressure to bond the panels to Merbok Sticky Battens     Full Wall Application   For Wainscot Application   Upon completion of all the panels, use a rubber mallet and apply firm pressure on all areas where there are Merbok Sticky Battens between the panel and wall.
