GlobalArt
ClearBack is a decorative Melamine Laminated MDF designed
for a wide range of interior finishing applications. GlobalArt
ClearBack retains GlobalArt's hardwearing melamine surface
on one side and is coated with a specially formulated treatment
on the other side.
The specially formulated coating is processed under high temperature
and pressure making it a smooth clear surface, which requires
very little finishing prior to further processing.
GlobalArt ClearBack is ideal for high gloss painting, vacuum
formed vinyl membrane pressing with thin foil applications
where a superior finish is required. The special process and
coating developed by Merbok eliminates most of the defects
sometimes found on the surface of MDF which are telegraphed
through to high quality surface finishes during the vacuum
forming process. |
